Prenups and Estate Planning: The WSJ Takes a Look

The Wall Street Journal takes a look at premarital agreements as they go main stream.

On Friday, the Wall Street Journal published an article and ran a live segment discussing how prenuptial agreements are being used as estate planning tools, in conjunction with each partner’s will and trust documents.  We wrote previously about the importance and increasing prevalence of pre-nuptial agreements , and this article from the WSJ presents another compelling reason why couples contemplating marriage should consider pre-nuptial agreements.
