Jessica E. Smith

Attorney

Jessica E. Smith is a partner at JSDC Law Offices in Hershey and has been with the firm for nearly eighteen years. Her practice focuses on all areas of family law. After graduating from Central Dauphin High School (’01), Jessica received a B.A. in Political Science from Wake Forest University (’05) and earned her Juris Doctor degree from American University, Washington College of Law (’08).

In law school, she was inspired by Congressman (then-Professor) Jamin Raskin to become a Marshall-Brennan fellow, and through that program, she taught constitutional law to high school students in the D.C. public school system. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Jessica is the President of the Dauphin County Bar Association for 2026 and is a past-chair of the Dauphin County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section.

When not practicing law, Jessica can often be found watching her teenage twins play baseball. She resides in Camp Hill with her children, husband, and their goldendoodle, Willa. Jessica is the current president of the Camp Hill Sports Concession Booster Club and a past president of the Junior League of Harrisburg.
